Seehotel am Kaiserstrand wins Apprenticeship Award

The Seehotel am Kaiserstrand, one of five hotels managed by RIMC Austria Hotels & Resorts, has successfully trained 27 apprentices since 2012. Currently there are 11 apprentices in teaching. On 20th of November, for the 21st time, the Federal State Government, Chamber of Commerce and Chamber of Labour awarded companies with the title “Excellent Apprenticeship Company”. Federal State Governor Mr. Markus Wallner, President of the Chamber of Commerce Mr. Hans-Peter Metzler and President of the Chamber of Labour Mr. Hubert Hämmerle, awarded the SENTIDO Seehotel am Kaiserstrand, represented by Managing Director Mr. Hartmut Geese. “The training of apprentices has always been a very high priority in all RIMC hotels in Austria. Altogether 31 apprentices are currently being trained in the five hotels”, says Mr. Geese. In all RIMC hotels, in addition to the heads of department, RIMC appoints extra employees for each profession to ensure the high quality of apprenticeship training. Every quarter and in each hotel, there is chosen and awarded the best apprentice. For the first time, in 2018, the three best apprentices from Austria will take part in the final round of the so-called “Azubi of the Year” competition organized by RIMC International Hotels & Resorts in the city of Hamburg (Germany).
