  • Milano Italy

    The Hotel Pasteur will be completely renovated and the construction work should be finished in April 2019. The city center of Milano is approximately 4km from the hotel and the tram stop “Venini Sauli” nearby offers a fast connection up to there. The “Pinacoteca die Brera”, one of the most significant art museums of Italy, as well as the cathedral of Milano are located in close proximity to the Hotel Pasteur. The hotel will provide 118 rooms, a breakfast room, a small garden and 40 underground parking spaces.



  • Zwiesel Germany

    The “Hotel Schloss Rabenstein” is located on the edge of the town Zwiesel at the Bavarian Forest. It is only 10 kilometers to the district principal town Regen and 15 kilometers to the border crossing-point  of the Czech Republic. The city is known for its glass industry and is also called the „Glass City“.

    The castle, which is rich in tradition, was operated as home for senior citizens and private clinic before. In 2011, the grand estate has been purchased from a Russian investor. Since then, there is planned a four-star superior hotel and therefore the castle is being renovated.

    The hotel provides 93 spacious rooms and suites, two restaurants, a bar and meeting rooms.
    Besides the spa and wellness area including an outdoor “sauna village”, there is the panorama whirlpool on the roof terrace, which offers the best view of the city Zwiesel.
    Furthermore there is a helicopter airfield, which offers the possibility of a fast and uncomplicated arrival and departure.


  • Sønderborg Denmark

    The new hotel project is built in Sønderborg, the region Syddanmark in Denmark. The construction work of the new hotel should be finished in spring 2019. The business partner, who ist creating the project in cooperation with the RIMC Hotels & Resorts Group, is the world-renowned company “Danfoss Group” and its foundation „Bitten and Mads Clausen’s Foundation“.  The “Danfoss Group” has already finished a lot of projects with the „Bitten and Mads Clausen’s Foundation“ in Sønderborg, Denmark.

    Besides the University of Southern Denmark in Sønderborg, which includes the “Mads Clausen Institute”, the “Sønderborg Harbor Project”, the „Borgen Shopping Center“  and further energy-efficient office buildings has already been financed and realized. At the top of the “Danfoss” foundation there is Peter M. Clausen, descendant of Mads Clausen, who founded Danfoss. The basic idea of the 19-storey hotel building reflects an architecturally valuable and unique tower. The building measures 24.800 squaremeters and provides a visitor platform for tourists, 3 restaurants, a conference-, seminar- and banquet-area, a lounge with bar, an event space on the upper levels, underground parking and a huge spa and wellness area.

    The 190 rooms are categorised in four different room types: standard room, deluxe room, junior suites & suites. All categories will represent an elegant Scandinavian atmosphere and are equipped with modern technique. The elegant room design will also be reflected in the public area like at the reception and in the restaurants.

    The meeting & events area should measure approximately 2.500 squaremeters and can be devided in several rooms. The equipment will also match the international standards. The uniqe wellness and spa area provides guests a view of the harbour of the city and the windows promise daylight. The amenities of the wellness area are for example swimming pools, saunas, steaming baths, whirlpools, a fitness area and different kinds of massages.
